How it works

  • One session for everyone. On arrival we group you by level into pods of max 4.

  • Coach-led circuits with level-appropriate progressions and clear cues.

  • Track simple benchmarks so you see progress week to week.

What we train

  • Athletic warm-up & injury-prevention

  • Strength & power (legs, core, shoulders)

  • Footwork, acceleration & first step

  • Mobility & stability (hips, ankles, T-spine)

  • Conditioning finisher
